Carrot, Oat & Tahini Energy Balls: The Perfect Snack for Pilates Lovers
- High in fiber and healthy fats for stable, long-lasting energy

Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 122 g rolled oats
- 160 g tahini
- 84 g honey
- 1 medium carrot (peeled and grated)
- 5 ml vanilla extract
- 900 mg ginger
- 2 g salt
- 40 g unsweetened shredded coconut
Preparation:
- Blend the rolled oats in a food processor until you get a flour-like texture.
- Add tahini, honey, carrot, vanilla, ginger, and salt. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and sticky.
- Scoop out the mixture using a spoon and shape into balls with your hands.
- Roll each ball in shredded coconut until evenly coated.
