When does the membership start?
The membership starts on the day of purchase.
How many classes are included?
You can choose 4, 8 or 12 classes per month, depending on the selected plan.
When do I need to use my classes?
Included classes must be used within the relevant monthly period and cannot be recovered.
Do unused classes roll over to the next month?
No. Unused classes are forfeited and are not transferable, refundable or recoverable.
Is the price fixed?
The price is fixed for 6 months. Any price change may only be applied after that period and subject to prior notice.
Does the membership renew automatically?
Yes. Payment is monthly and the membership renews automatically unless cancelled.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect from the following month and the month already paid remains valid until its expiry.
How do I book and cancel classes?
Bookings, cancellations and waitlists are managed through the CoreWork / Mindbody app or the website, according to standard CoreWork rules.
What happens with a late cancellation or no-show?
The class is deducted as usual, in the same way as with other CoreWork products.
Can I pause my membership?
Automatic pauses are not included. A pause for health reasons may be considered by management subject to medical documentation.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
No. The membership is personal and non-transferable.
