Ingredients for 3 Servings

  • 110 g dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 340 g plain Greek yogurt
  • 20 g cocoa powder
  • 20 g raw honey
  • 2 ml vanilla extract
  • 750 mg sea salt

Preparation

1. Melt the chocolate:

  • Prepare a double boiler by filling a small saucepan with water and placing a heatproof bowl on top.
  • Bring the water to a boil, then add the chopped chocolate to the bowl, stirring until fully melted.
  • Set aside and let it cool slightly.

2. Prepare the mousse:

  • In a stand mixer with a whisk attachment or using a blender, combine the cooled melted chocolate, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  • Whip the mixture until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.

3. Chill and serve:

  • Divide the mousse into small jars or serving bowls.
  • Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or leave overnight for a denser, velvety texture.
