Space in the studio is limited, and out of respect for other guests, we cannot allow children to accompany you during class. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

HOW TO REACH COREWORK?
ANSWER
It is very easy to find us; we are in a central area of Milan, between Corso Sempione and the Pagano metro stop, in our main office at Via Abbondio Sangiorgio 20, on the street front.
Furthermore, we are also open at our second studio located at Via Fieno 1 near the Missori metro station. Once you enter the building, continue straight until you reach the glass door. After opening it, take the stairs on the right, and you will find the studio.

HOW DO I BOOK A PILATES COREWORK CLASS?
ANSWER
Simply via our Corework android or apple App, via the web page or by phone. Reservations are not required but guarantee you a spot.

IS THERE A WAITING LIST FOR CLASSES THAT ARE FULL?
ANSWER
Yes, you can put me on a waiting list and you will be notified if a spot becomes available for that class.

CAN I CHANGE THE TIME OF A BOOKING?
ANSWER
With CoreWork Pilates Milano you can cancel your reservation and book a new class. Keep in mind that if you cancel 12 hours before the class, you will not be charged.

CAN I CANCEL A LESSON?
ANSWER
As mentioned above you can cancel your reservation at any time. If you cancel at least 12 hours before the class, nothing will be charged to you. If you cancel the class after the cancellation time your credit will be lost.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
ANSWER
The studio opens about 15 minutes before your class. This will allow you to prepare and follow the class from the beginning. Please make sure you have muted your phone.

IS THERE A LOCKER ROOM TO SHOWER IN?

Certainly, there is a changing room with shower, you can use it to change and shower.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Women: ideal are leggings or shorts, sports bra, a fitted T-shirt or top.
Men: ideal are shorts or long pants and a T-shirt.
You can wear non-slip socks if you want. Shoes are not allowed.

Yes, there are lockers where you can put your bag and lock it. Remember to bring it. Make sure all mobile devices are completely turned off.

CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

We refund purchased and unused credits only in limited circumstances and always in accordance with our Customer Terms and Conditions. If you cannot use your credits due to circumstances unforeseeable at the time of purchase, you may transfer them to someone who can use them.

CAN I PAY FOR A WHOLE PACKAGE BY TRANSFER?

Yes but you will have to wait for accreditation to be done to start attending follow up classes.
