Ingredients for 2 Servings
- 120 g ricotta cheese
- 80 g pumpkin purée
- Juice of 1/2 medium lemon
- 10 g maple syrup
- 1 garlic clove
- Sea salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 10 g pumpkin seeds
Preparation
- Blend the mixture
- Add the ricotta, pumpkin purée, lemon juice, maple syrup, garlic, salt, and pepper to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Adjust the flavor
- Taste and adjust salt and pepper according to your preference.
- Plating
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and garnish with crunchy pumpkin seeds.
