Your choice can start with the most convenient neighbourhood, transport connections and class size. The maximum number of participants per class is 7 in Porta Venezia, 8 in Porta Nuova, 6 in Magenta, 6 in Sempione and 10 in Missori.

CoreWork trainers follow a shared method and an ongoing training and development programme through the CoreWork Academy. Technical preparation is developed with international Master Trainers, including Nick Lyras, and with Lead Trainers Giorgia Di Dio and Chiara Barlocchi.

Standard sessions last about 50 minutes. On Saturdays, depending on the available schedule, 90-minute Power Classes may also be offered.
