CoreWork has five studios in Milan: Porta Venezia, Porta Nuova, Magenta, Sempione and Missori. Every location follows the same Fitness Pilates method on the Core-reformer, with guided sessions combining control, strength, mobility and a more dynamic approach than traditional Pilates.
Your choice can start with the most convenient neighbourhood, transport connections and class size. The maximum number of participants per class is 7 in Porta Venezia, 8 in Porta Nuova, 6 in Magenta, 6 in Sempione and 10 in Missori.

The maximum class size depends on the studio: Porta Venezia 7 participants, Porta Nuova 8, Magenta 6, Sempione 6 and Missori 10.
The best choice depends mainly on your location and daily routine. Porta Venezia serves the eastern side of central Milan; Porta Nuova is close to Gioia and Isola; Magenta to Sant’Ambrogio and Cadorna; Sempione to Arco della Pace and CityLife; Missori to the Duomo and historic centre.
Standard sessions last about 50 minutes. On Saturdays, depending on the available schedule, 90-minute Power Classes may also be offered.

The introductory package for first-time CoreWork clients includes 2 classes for €33 and is valid for one month.
After purchasing your package, you can book through the CoreWork website or app by choosing the studio and one of the available time slots.
